Schedule An Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please use
the request form and fill in all of the required information.
In the comment section, please indicate what times/days/dates
you are available and I will give you the next available appointment
that coincides with your schedule. If you do not receive
an email response within 24 hours, please check your spam
or junk mail box.
After receiving confirmation of your appointment,
please use the Paypal links on the Rates
Page to submit payment. If you do not wish to use
Paypal, I can accept cash or check. If you would like to pay
by cash or check, please tell me in the contact form and I
will forward the mailing address. Payment must be received
prior to appointment time. Consultations are done via email
unless otherwise arranged.
At the time of the scheduled appointment,
I will send an email to the email address you provide.
